Parking

The Beckman Center has its own parking area adjacent to the building.  Parking at the Beckman Center is free of charge.

Lunch & Refreshments

Coffee & tea will be provided all day through the afternoon break.  A delicious, complimentary lunch will be served on site. Beckman Center does not allow us to provide snacks, so please come prepared.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds, minus a $25 cancellation fee, must be requested by 5 pm October 11th, 2024. If you cancel after the deadline and before the date of the workshop, you will receive a credit for a future workshop. Cancellations must be received in writing (email is okay)

Covid Policy

We will observe all COVID restrictions, if any, required by UCI. At present, there are no restrictions, but the situation could change by the date of the workshop. We will keep you abreast of what you need to know.

Special Needs

Our venue is ADA compliant and the classroom has cutting-edge audio/visual equipment.  If you have any special needs or concerns, please let us know, and we will do our best to make you comfortable.
